this phrase means that in KISR you can have a creative research or idea to work on and your boss will be very happy and would give you all kind of help and materials to make your idea come true BUT when you start the work and al mas2ool on top of you see that you are seriouse and your about to do something with hard work attitude he will start to make things up so you dont work
like for example what happened to me he and she the young mas2oolen started to tell me you cant use the lab because we are leaving then no Dr.boss she didnt tell us you are coming today then shino ya3ney ily intay ga3da etsaweena manenah fayda oo useless o kharboo6a...etc
so if you have something and you want to work on it you better do it hidden from people who are afraid from actually working and extra hour. o salamtik oo et3eesh
so for me i stopped doing the thing in KISR labs and i finished it in the UNiversity lab and the boss was proud :)
