Good morning every one what a beautiful summer healthy day :P
Breakfast in bed :? nooooo
breakfast on the running trak :P .. damn today i ran for 2 hours non stop and now i cannot feel my legs . Damn 2 hours this is a record for me finally i reached non stop runing :) im so proud.
and then i couldnt stop running to my car to my class ...YES i am a runner :P
what a wonderful morning.
This is my first june (summer) in kuwait in years and people its not that bad im lovin' it (taratatata) although im suffering from all kind of skin irritation and burn and redness ... im walking around with blushed (burned) cheeks and swollen lips and burned nose :)
Ladies im using 45spf sunblock !!
Flowery Summer never thought it would be like that in kuwait :)

I felt bad when I read what happened to your face cause the image of my cousin popped up in my head! She too had a burnt face and I picked on her and called her "6oma6a" but I made sure that after I picked on her I apologised and made sure she was ok and that I didn't hurt her feelings!
I like summer but not in Kuwait.
the stallion : 3ady i've been called 6oma6a farawla , jelly , (makwat shathy) , red macaw, ely yakh6r 3al bal and i never felt bad at all :)
TF: well its ok in kuwait u dont get tanned here you get grilled :) but i like it :)
use spf 100 for your face it's sold in pharmacies .. it kind of stinks bas it does the job

i don't remember the name since i don't use it that often but it's something french .. a white tube with grey lettering .. my dermatologist recommended it.. fa i suggest you pop in into any pharmacy and ask for the SPF100 sunblock ..
besides it doesn't matter how high the SPF number is .. because the higher the SPF number the longer it will protect you against burning .. for example if SPF15 will protect ur skin for 15 minutes then SPF100 for a 100 minutes and so on..

oh photoderm ..didnt work on my skin caused me irritation thank you... my derma. she is very easy going and i hate her for that...i go with burned face she tell me wear niqab :) or tell me stay home .. once i went to another dude and he was like come visit me instead:)
