its our government's way of giving old people a reason to live longer.. and see how it is there.. in "mada al7aya"..

Old people civil ID's are all mada al7ayat,, go check and u'll see.. i saw my grandmother's when I was young.. ksarat kha6ri.. its like they're saying to her.. "bnshoof how ur gonna stay that long.."
Misaken they mostly need it for adwiya o mistawsif o mistashfa..
