I don't understand what's wrong with your bird because I can't read Arabic, but I can tell you that whenever a bird gets sick, you must act quickly to get it better because they die if you don't.
Personally, I don't recommend the Italian vet down at the IVH. His specialty is falcons, not parrots and I wasn't happy with his treatment of my cockatiel. He trimmed his beak and ended up making my bird bleed.
Unfortunately, I can't recommend anybody because there aren't any good ones around. If all else fails, try Dr. Andrew at the clinic next to Souk al hamam in Shuwaikh.
I've had parrots for a long time now so if you tell me what is wrong with him in English, I might be able to help you. Good luck. And salamat to your beautiful macaw.
GOD Bless him i think it is kind of emmergency am not than good with birds but am medical students .. anythign swallen could obstruct , the lungs , the intestine , so i think you better go to the available doctors..
PS sorry if i seem to be pervert but your hand is soo nice :)
sowhat thank you yes i believe it is emergency but the vets here r very ready to kill ur pet with the extra doses of antibiotics thats why i need a good one
ad thank you about my hand you should c it close its full of scratches from him (ziggy)
I'm going to change my opinion and tell you to take your parrot to IVH because they probably have more equipment and experience with removing obstructions.
I had a cockatiel that had an obstruction - from chewing string, it was so bad but the stupid ass vets at Shuwaikh kept telling me she needed antibiotics. She died. It was terrible.
Take your bird to IVH, see Dr. Tarello (he's very kind) and keep us updated on his condition.
Purgatory72 qont do it if the Button is so big you are just lowering the obstruction that the Vet wont reach it any more .. and it wont getout from the other side ... but you will make him lose more water plus many side effect are documented over the use of laxitives
